Domain not pointing to your website? Confirm the exact hostname, active nameservers and expected hosting destination before changing records. A wrong DNS answer, an old cached answer and a server showing the wrong site need different checks.
Record the affected URL, current result and any recent domain or hosting change. Preserve the existing DNS zone so an authorised administrator can compare before and after values. TempWebz provides IT and website technical support.
If a domain is not opening the correct website, DNS is one of the first things to check. DNS tells browsers and other services where a domain should go, so incorrect or outdated records can send visitors to the wrong server or nowhere at all.
Confirm the domain registration is active and identify which nameservers are authoritative. Editing DNS in a different provider’s dashboard will have no effect if that provider is not currently authoritative for the domain.
Review the A, AAAA or CNAME records used by the root domain and www hostname. They need to match the destination expected by your hosting provider.
After a DNS change, different resolvers may update at different times according to cached records and TTL values. Avoid repeatedly changing records while propagation is still occurring.

Start with the most recent change and the exact error or symptom. Check whether the issue affects every visitor, one device or one account before changing multiple settings.
Not if the problem is an incorrect DNS destination. Check the authoritative answer first. If it reaches the intended server but shows the wrong site, ask the host to check the domain mapping and HTTPS configuration. Avoid overwriting a working WordPress database to repair an unrelated routing problem.
Yes. Submit the issue through our technical support page with the website or service affected, the error message and any recent changes you know about.
If the checks above do not resolve the problem, avoid making multiple unrelated changes at once. Record the symptoms and recent changes, then request technical support from TempWebz. You can also review our web hosting support and WordPress website edits where relevant.
Compare the authoritative record with the answer from the network where the failure occurs. Cloudflare’s DNS troubleshooting guidance explains missing records and cached empty answers. Waiting will not correct a record in the wrong zone or a mistyped hostname.
Check the root domain and www separately, and preserve email-related records during any correction. After the change, test HTTPS, an inner page and the normal enquiry route. Record the result so future support can distinguish a DNS repair from a hosting or WordPress change.
